Refunds for payments made on any custom design project may be provided as a courtesy, but the final decision on refund requests is at the sole discretion of our internal management.

For new design service accounts, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will refund your money.

In cases where a client is not fully satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund. The refund process may take up to 30 working days and will be issued either as credits or a direct deposit to the client’s bank account.

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser and processed to the same bank account provided during the transaction.

Please note that fees for Domain Name Registration, Domain Transfers, or any other hosting-related services are NOT refundable, as these services are provided through third-party global servers.

All newly purchased domain names are final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded. Since domain names are held by third parties, and you are the sole owner, they are transferable but not eligible for refunds by these organizations.
